The first 15 days of the month of August are dedicated for the feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos. Various services, Paraklesis and vespers are held during this period of time. The Paraklesis, or Supplication services are held for the living and will be celebrated in the Chapel of Holy Wisdom. Please refer to our newsletter or bulletin for dates and times. The first service will commence on August 2 at 6:30 PM. Plan to attend.

Registration forms for the 2010-2011 Greek School academic year are now available. You may find them in the Greek School’s page, listed under Ministries, or by visiting goannun.org/greekschool. Please download and fill out the form, and return it to the Cathedral office. Also, please review and understand the Greek School policies and procedures for the 2010-2011 academic year.

This evening, March 24, our Cathedral will celebrate its feastday celebration beginning with Great Vespers at 7 PM. Father Costas Pavlakos (a Baltimore native) will offer the homily.
On March 25, Orthros will begin at 9 AM, followed by the Divine Liturgy at 10 AM. Following both services, receptions will be held in the Father Constantine Monios Hall.
