September 25, 2012

Dear Friends and Community Neighbors,

This year the Annunciation Cathedral will host its 41st Annual Greek Food & Culture Festival on November 2, 3 and 4, 2012. The Festival attracts over 15,000 visitors from Baltimore and the surrounding area each year.

We want to extend to you an opportunity to be part of our festival by participating in our 2012 Festival Community Ad Book. We continue to grow each year through sponsors and advertisers like you. Monies raised through this effort will benefit the church and its ongoing ministries including but not limited to our youth organizations, our Senior Center and local community outreach for families in need.

In addition, this year there is an opportunity to advertise in the Festival Community Ad book as well as the 2012 Annunciation Greek Orthodox Youth Basketball Tournament Program Book at a special rate. The Tournament Program will be distributed at the Annual GOYA Basketball tournament on November 17 & 18, 2012 at the Park School with over 500 participants and their families from Maryland and the surrounding States.

All who advertise the same size ad in both books will receive an advertising discount. In addition, anyone purchasing $400 or more worth of ads will be advertised on the Festival Placemat used in the Dining Areas and on our 2012 Greek Food and Cultural Festival Facebook site.

All advertising details are set forth on the Annunciation Ad Book Program Form (attachment).  Mail the form with your payment and Camera Ready Artwork to:

Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation
Attn: Festival Community Ad Book
24 West Preston St., Baltimore MD 21201

Digital ads are preferred and can be emailed to annungoya@verizon.net with subject line stating “Festival Community Ad Book”. All Ad Book Program Forms, payment and artwork must be received by October 15, 2012 for the Festival Community Ad book and October 29, 2012 for the Tournament Ad book. A receipt will be provided for tax purposes.

Keep in mind, that no contribution is too small. If you are unable to purchase an ad at this time, individual donations are welcomed as well as silent auction items.

For any questions or assistance, contact Kaliopi Skevofilax at annungoya@verizon.net, Eleni Roros at (443) 621-0587 or you may call the Cathedral’s Business Administrator, Lucy Hagopian, at (410) 727-1831.

For those of you who have been our faithful supporter for many years, thank you!  We do hope that you will join us as a contributor and for a fabulous weekend of authentic Greek food, dancing and entertainment.

Sincerely,

Eleni Roros                                          Kaliopi Skevofilax
