Dear Parishioner,
This year, the Cathedral will host its 38th Annual Greek Heritage Festival on November 6, 7 and 8, 2009. In order to defray costs for the Festival, we are asking our community to consider advertising their business or to solicit businesses in their neighborhood.
We have a variety of sponsorships available. In addition, there are two options for advertising. (Please see the enclosed sponsorship information.) This year, over 15,000 visitors are expected to attend our Festival.
Please consider sponsoring our Greek Heritage Festival or soliciting a business sponsorship. All proceeds benefit our Cathedral and will ensure the continued support of its ministries. Sponsorship Options
Dining Placemats – in our three dining areas, each customer will be served their meal with a paper placemat displaying business advertisements. Each advertisement will be business card size – 2 ½ x 3 inch. This advertisement is $200.00.
Large Advertisements – at three entrances to the Festival there will be large foam boards on display (4 ft by 2 ft) with 7 x 5 inch advertisement squares. These foam boards will remain on display for 6 months at those entrances. The advertisement square is $1000.00. These sponsors will also have an ad on the placemat.
All sponsors will be listed in the Festival program guide and on the Cathedral web site, which is linked to the WBAL TV web site. Last year the Cathedral web site had 250,000 hits due to the Festival.
